alkG with rbs
alkG is rubredoxin coding gene from alkB1GHJ operon of a hydrocarbone-degrating marine bacterium, Alcanivorax Borkumensis SK2. When A. Borkumensis SK2 doing oil degradation, alkG provide electron to alkB1, and let alkB1 turn long chain alkane of crude oil into alkanol. We construct alkG with RBS (BBa_B0034).
